Directions
From the north
M1
- Exit at junction 22 Markfield and take the A50 towards Leicester. At Groby, take the Leicester Western Bypass/A46 towards Syston.
- At Hobby Horse Roundabout, take the A607 towards Thurmaston.
- At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit (to Barkby) onto Barkby Thorpe Lane. Pass Asda on left.
- After a mile turn right to stay on Barkby Thorpe Lane.
- At T junction, turn left onto Thorpe Road.
- At T junction turn right onto Beeby Road.
- At staggered crossroads go straight over onto Hungarton Lane. Continue to Hungarton. Village Farm Getaway is on the left just before the right turn down into Hungarton village. Look out for our two wind turbines!
A46: At Hobby Horse Roundabout, next to Syston, take the A607 towards Thurmaston. Then follow the directions above.
From the south
M1/M69: exit at junction 21a, taking the Leicester Western Bypass/A46 signed Leicester North/Newark. Then follow the directions above.

- Take the A47 towards Leicester.
- After 24 miles, at Billesdon, turn right onto Coplow Lane.
- Turn left onto Tilton Lane, then immediately right towards Keyham/Hungarton.
- After 1.5 miles turn next right onto Barley Leas.
- In Hungarton village, turn left onto Coal Baulk. Village Farm Hideaway is at the top of the hill at T junction. Look out for our two wind turbines!
